The complex is perfect thanks to its ideal location, next to the beach and within easy reach of various leisure and entertainment venues. We loved being able to spend quality time with our children and enjoy the beautiful beach just a few steps away. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the surrounding area offered a variety of shops, restaurants, and activities, making it convenient for our family to explore and have fun.

My children wanted a playground on the premises for more entertainment.

This place is mind-blowing! The apartment is super modern with the most comfortable beds, a jaw-dropping new bathroom and kitchen equipped with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay. The pool, although small, is perfectly adequate for swimming and enjoying private moments. The terrace is absolutely lovely. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and the area is incredibly quiet and residential. Plenty of free parking available nearby. The staff are extremely helpful, the cleaning service is second-to-none, and there's free wi-fi in public areas. The location is wow - just a short walk to the beach and shopping center. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We enjoyed exploring the wide variety of shops, restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife options in the area. The apartments' location was perfect for engaging in different aquatic and outdoor activities. It was also great that we only had to share the complex with other guests from our own party, making it a more intimate and enjoyable experience.

My wife says that it would have been great if there had been a kids' club or some organized activities for children.

We stayed 3 nights here, though it was a relaxing experience. Its location was peaceful and excellent, not far from San Agustin Beach...

The hotel had a lovely decoration, with a modern and comfortable style that made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and elevators available. It was easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any issues.

I would have liked to see more attentive and helpful staff members during my stay. The children working there seemed overwhelmed and could improve their customer service skills.

It is located close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, shopping centers, sports activities, and nightlife. The apartments are also ideal for different aquatic and outdoor activities. We really enjoyed exploring the nearby Maspalomas Golf Course and Puerto Rico Marina. The best part was that we had the whole complex to ourselves, so we could relax and have fun without any interruptions from other guests.

For dads, it would be great if the complex offered a dedicated play area for children.

The only positive aspect was the hotel's proximity to the beach. However, this alone cannot outweigh the numerous shortcomings. The location was convenient for accessing the beach and nearby shops, but that was about the only advantage I experienced during my stay.

My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. First of all, the apartment I was assigned to was on the ground floor, which felt more like a basement.
